Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in case of:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of issue (clear photos or videos) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards:

Used or opened perfumes are not eligible for return or refund.

Change of mind or dislike of fragrance is not considered a valid reason for return.

How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery

Share clear photos/videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

(Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrect).

Exchange Conditions

Approved exchanges will be processed for the same product or equivalent value.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable.
